Introduction. The express process of emergency and forced use of information and communication infrastructure for the transfer of information and indirect synchronous or asynchronous interaction of students and teachers in the context of the epidemiological threats of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has been updated.
Materials and methods. The main methods of identifying protective measures to ensure information and communication security of the high-quality implementation of the educational process of students have become a theoretical analysis of the materials published in the scientific literature and the experience of transforming the educational sphere.
Results. We have analyzed the materials of publications on the problem of an emergency response to the epidemiological threats of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and identified some generally successful aspects of the information and communication security of vocational education.
Discussion. The resource capabilities of verifying the options for the architectures of the content platforms of the Skype and Zoom pedagogical tools, as well as innovative forms of their development and implementation, allow us to hope to obtain promising results in leveling risks in the face of an emergency response to epidemiological threats.
Conclusion. High-tech electronic educational resources with a wide range of innovative pedagogical tools (interactive, multimedia, modeling, communication), video and audio communications between students and teachers, are the key to an effective response to epidemiological threats.

In the mode of countering the spread of coronavirus, preventive conditions and means of certain aspects of information and communication security of vocational education have been created due to the urgent express implementation of such significant technical and technological solutions of the Skype and Zoom remote platform service, such as:
Online and off-modes of mediated synchronous and asynchronous interaction of students with teaching staff, as well as sending tasks and test answers completed by students to the teacher's personal account;
Strict observance of the necessary requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3 ++ to the remote procedure of state final tests;
Competitive selection of applicants within the framework of computer transformation 1C “Enterprise”.
